Dr. Raghuvansh Prasad Singh (born 6 June 1946) is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Vaishali constituency of Bihar and is a member of the Rashtriya Janata Dal political party. He was the Union Cabinet Minister for Rural Development in the first cabinet of Manmohan Singh's government. He begun his political career from the erstwhile Janata Party.
