Raghunath Jha (born 9 August 1939) was Union minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprise and member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Bettiah constituency of Bihar and is a member of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) political party.
