Rafiq Belhaj Kacem

Rafiq Belhaj Kacem is a Tunisian politician. He was the Minister of the Interior under former President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.[1] During the 2010–2011 Tunisian protests, he was fired by former President Ben Ali.[2][3]
