Rafi Izbicki

Rafi Izbicki is an Israel Defense Forces spokesperson, originally from Geneva, Switzerland. Born in 1962, he was the contact between Tsahal and the European press during the beginning of the Second Intifada. Izbicki serves with the grade of major in the reserve duty of the IDF Spokesperson. Beside his activity as a military, he also works as a tour guide, especially for French, German and English speaking public. He's also a lecturer in those same languages.
