Radkova Lhota is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.09 square kilometres (0.81 sq mi), and has a population of 191 (as at 3 July 2006).
Radkova Lhota lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) east of Přerov, 32 km (20 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 242 km (150 mi) east of Prague.
