Radějov is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 24.11 square kilometres (9.31 sq mi), and has a population of 817 (as at 1 January 2008).
Radějov lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Hodonín, 66 km (41 mi) south-east of Brno, and 252 km (157 mi) south-east of Prague.
