Rachel Sylvester

Rachel Mynfreda Sylvester (born 1969) is a British political journalist who writes for The Times.
Career
Daily Telegraph
She joined the Daily Telegraph in 1992 and stayed until 1998.
From 1999-2008 she was the assistant political editor at The Daily Telegraph.
The Independent on Sunday
From 1998-9 she was the Political Editor of the Independent on Sunday.
The Times
She joined The Times in June 2008, where she writes a weekly political column.[1]
Personal life
She has two sons (born in 2004 and 2006) by her husband, Patrick Wintour, the Political Editor of The Guardian since 2006, whom she married in 2002 in north London. She lives in north-east London.
