RG7351 is a drug which acts as a presumably selective partial agonist of the trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1).[1] It is currently under early stage development by Hoffmann–La Roche for the treatment of major depressive disorder, and as of 2010, is in phase I clinical trials.[1]
