Rómulo Méndez

This name uses Spanish naming customs; the first or paternal family name is Méndez and the second or maternal family name is Molina.
Rómulo Méndez Molina (born December 21, 1938) is a retired Guatemalan football referee. He was the first Guatemalan referee ever to participate in a World Cup finals,[1] refereeing one match in the 1982 World Cup. He also appeared in one match of the 1986 World Cup.
