Qurtuba University has two campuses each located in Dera Ismail Khan and other one in Peshawar.^[1] It has seventh position among universities of Pakistan by the rankings of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan ^[2] It deals with the management sciences and give output in the form of potential candidates. It is chartered by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and approved by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.^[3]

History

Abdul Aziz Khan Niazi^[4] is the founder of university who established it in 2001 for the welfare of people. He died in 2011 at Peshawar.

Achievements of the Qurtuba University

Qurtuba university lies in the highest Grade W organized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Qurtuba university is the university of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa having high position of ranking by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. It is consistent of Third position among all universities of Pakistan regarding the field of Computer Science & Information Technology^[5]

Campuses

Qurtuba University of Science and Information Tecnology have two campuses^[6] both are situated in khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Each located in Dera Ismail Khan and other in Peshawar.
