Quran Pender (born January 4, 1979, Jamaica, Queens, New York) (a.k.a. Storm P) is an African American actor and rapper, best known for his role as Todd Anderson in the 2004 movie, The Cookout and the 2011 made-for-TV sequel The Cookout 2.^[1]
