Qukës is a municipality in the Librazhd District, Elbasan County, eastern Albania.[1] The municipality consists of the villages Berzheshte, Dritaj, Fanje, Gurre, Karkavec, Menik, Pishkash, Pishkash Veri, Qukës-Shkumbin, Qukës-Skenderbej and Skroske.[2]
