Queluz is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population in 2003 was 9,544, the density was 38.33/km² and the area is 249 km² (96 sq mi). The area to the northeast marks the boundaries with two other states, Minas Gerais to the north and Rio de Janeiro to the east. The city came from a village of Indians Puris in the year of 1800.
