Quảng Ngãi (
listen) is a city in central Vietnam. It is the township of Quảng Ngãi Province. Quảng Ngãi City borders Tư Nghĩa District on the south, west and east and borders Sơn Tịnh District on the north. It has an area of 37.12 km² and population of 119,251 inhabitants.

Tourist destinations
Quảng Ngãi has benefitted little from the Vietnamese tourist industry. Potential visitors should be aware that English is little spoken and the limited numbers of hotels are used to dealing only with Vietnamese customers. It means that the many tourist buses that run through Vietnam do not stop in the town, Quảng Ngãi City can only really be reached by private car or by non-express rail. [citation needed]
