Qingtian County, located in southeastern Zhejiang Province, mid-lower reaches of the Oujiang River, Lishui city is the East gate. Qingtian County is a mountainous county in Zhejiang, China. It is under the administration of the city Lishui. The county capital is Hecheng, also known as Qingtian City.
