Qinding Xianfa Dagang

The Qinding Xianfa Dagang of 1908 (Chinese: 钦定宪法大纲; pinyin: Qīndìng Xiànfǎ Dàgāng; literally "Outline of Constitution by Imperial Order" or "Outline of Imperial Constitution") is the late Qing Dynasty attempt to establish a constitutional monarchy country at the beginning of the 20th century.
