Qendër is a municipality in the Vlorë District, Vlorë County, southwestern Albania.[1] The municipality consists of the villages Bestrovë, Babicë e Madhe, Babicë e Vogël, Hoshtimë, Kaninë, Kërkovë, Nartë, Sherishtë, Panaja, Xhyherinë, Zvërnec and Sazan Island.[2]
