Qıvraq (also, Givrakh, Kivrag, Kivrakh, Kyvrak, and Kyvrakh) is a village and municipality in, and is the administrative center of, the Kangarli Rayon of Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan.[citation needed] It has a population of 4,444.
