Pyšel is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 11.76 square kilometres (4.54 sq mi), and has a population of 458 (as at 2 October 2006).

Pyšel lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Třebíč, 38 km (24 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 151 km (94 mi) south-east of Prague.
