Putna was a county (Romanian: judeţ) in the Kingdom of Romania, in southern Moldavia. The county seat was Focșani.

Administrative organization

Administratively, Putna County was divided into six districts (plăşi):

  1. Plasa Bilieşti
  2. Plasa Gârlele
  3. Plasa Mărăşeşti
  4. Plasa Trotuş
  5. Plasa Vrancea
  6. Plasa Zăbala
