Pustiměř is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.52 square kilometres (4.83 sq mi), and has a population of 1,630 (as at 28 August 2006).
Pustiměř lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Vyškov, 34 km (21 mi) north-east of Brno, and 207 km (129 mi) south-east of Prague.
