Pupinidae is a taxonomic family of land snails with an operculum, terrestrial gastropod mollusks in the superfamily Cyclophoroidea (according to the taxonomy of the Gastropoda by Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005).

Distribution

The distribution of the family Pupinidae includes the Himalayas, Assam, Myanmar, peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand,[2] Australia,[3] Melanesia, Micronesia and Papua New Guinea.[4]

Ecology

These snails live in wet forests in leaf litter.[4]
