Pseudagrion assegaii is a species of damselfly in family Coenagrionidae. It is found in Botswana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Namibia, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, and freshwater marshes. Its continued existence is threatened by habitat loss.
