The name Prvoslav (Serbian Cyrillic: Првослав) is the first name of numerous notable Serbian figures, including:
- Prvoslav Vujčić, Serbian writer
- Prvoslav Mihajlović, Serbian footballer
- Prvoslav Dragićević, Serbian footballer
- Prvoslav Davinić, Serbian politician, of the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro
- Prvoslav Ilić, Serbian wrestler, competed in Wrestling at the 1980 Summer Olympics – Men's Greco-Roman +100 kg
The first attestation of the name is the Greek Pribeslavos (Πριβέσθλαβος[1]), in Latin Pribesthlabus[2] or Preuuisclao,[3] in Serbian Prvoslav or Pribislav (meaning "First-glorified"; from the words prvo - first, and slava - glory).
