Prušánky is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 14.13 square kilometres (5.46 sq mi), and has a population of 2,107 (as at 1 January 2008).
Prušánky lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) west of Hodonín, 49 km (30 mi) south-east of Brno, and 232 km (144 mi) south-east of Prague.
