The Province of Fermo is a province in the Marche, central Italy, constituted in 2004. The province came into existence in 2009. The administrative centre is the city of Fermo (pop. 37,804 as of 31 December 2008). Other major cities (comuni), with their population, are Porto Sant'Elpidio (25,434), Porto San Giorgio (16,372), Sant'Elpidio a Mare (17,020), and Montegranaro (13,428).

At the 2008 census the 40 comuni that comprise the province had a population of 177,578 inhabitants and a land area of 859.51 km².
