Prosiměřice is a small town (městys) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 6.44 square kilometres (2.49 sq mi), and has a population of 750 (as at 28 August 2006).
Prosiměřice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 46 km (29 mi) south-west of Brno, and 184 km (114 mi) south-east of Prague.
