Proctor Silex electric can opener
Proctor Silex Co. was created in 1960 with the merger of Proctor Electric and Silex Corporation. In 1990 Proctor Silex merged with Hamilton Beach.
The company makes electrical household appliances, and is probably best known for its toasters.
