Process-experiential therapy

Process-experiential therapy, also known as emotion-focused therapy,[1] is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes the formation of a relationship based on Carl Rogers' core conditions and then seeks to explore and resolve the client's affective problems.[2] It merges client-centered, existential, and Gestalt approaches.[3]
