Prlov is a village and municipality (obec) in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.14 square kilometres (2.76 sq mi), and has a population of 522 (as at 3 July 2006).
Prlov lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of Vsetín, 23 km (14 mi) east of Zlín, and 273 km (170 mi) east of Prague.
