Prinetti & Stucchi was an Italian maker of sewing machines, bicycles and motorized vehicles, established in Milano in 1883. It was owned by engineers and politicians Augusto Stucchi and Giulio Prinetti (1851–1908).

Except for bicycles, their fame starts in 1898 with the crafting of motored tricycles and quadricycles, employing the milanese Ettore Bugatti to create the Tipo 1, a motorized tricycle utilizing two De Dion engines and a Rochet-Schneider frame. Mr. Bugatti also participated in the Targa Rignano in a quadricycle (1900).

In 1901 the company was named Stucchi & Co., as Giulio Prinetti left to become Italian minister of foreign affairs 1901-03.[1] The reconstruction also caused Ettore Bugatti to leave, emigrating to France where he established the Bugatti carmaker and immediately created the Bugatti Type 1 prototype.

Its automobile production stopped in 1906.[2] The Stucchi-Prinetti family founded the Società Generale Elettrica dell'Adamello electric company (1907). Also, it is the owner of the Badia a Coltibuono castle in Tuscany.
