Pranas Dovydaitis.

Pranas Dovydaitis  pronunciation  (born December 2, 1886 in Runkiai; died November 4, 1942 in Sverdlovsk, RSFSR) was a Lithuanian politician, Prime Minister of Lithuania, teacher, encyclopedist, editor, and professor. He was a Signatory of the Act of Independence of Lithuania.
