Pousa is located in between the two sub-cities (Barcelos and Braga) in the northern region of Portugal a few kilometres away from Porto. This quiet village is one of the most tranquil places of Europe's additional countries. Many of its residence work in the sub-cities as they are within 30 minutes reach using motorised transport. There are 4-5 Caffe's in which the locals go to such as Tani and Tani 2. There is also a quiet bar called Tabuas which specialise in cocktails along with commercial or local music. It is surrounded by a beautiful mainstream river along with mountains filled with pine/oak trees. Forest fires are rare but not overlooked by authorities as there is at least one every year. Pousa has the Auto Estrada Porto-Valencia running across through its border of its neighbour (Graca) Beautiful landscape and traditional life style is mainly preserved in this small but fruitful location of Portugal.
