Post is an unincorporated community in Crook County, Oregon, United States. It has a post office assigned the ZIP code of 97752.[1] Post lies along Oregon Route 380 southeast of Prineville at 44°09′44″N 120°29′24″W / 44.1623540°N 120.4900050°WCoordinates: 44°09′44″N 120°29′24″W / 44.1623540°N 120.4900050°W at an elevation of 3,383 feet (1,031 m).[2]
Post is named for the geological marker in a field nearby: a post marking the geographic center of the state of Oregon.[3]
