Positive News is a solution-focused newspaper, reporting on people and initiatives that are creating a sustainable, just and fulfilling world. Positive News aims to inform, inspire and empower its readers, while helping create a more responsible and balanced media.

Format and circulation

Published in the UK, Positive News is a quarterly newspaper with a circulation of 50,000 copies. Sister editions are published independently in the US (circulation 40,000) and Hong Kong (circulation 5,000), with online-only versions also published in Argentina and Spain.[1] Positive News Argentina airs a weekly radio show hosted by Andrea Méndez Brandam.[2]

History

Positive News was founded in 1993 by Shauna Crockett-Burrows. Positive News Argentina was founded in 2003 by Andrea Méndez Brandam. Positive News Spain was created in 2002 by the Positive News Association.
