Portula is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Biella in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km northeast of Turin and about 14 km northeast of Biella. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,505 and an area of 11.1 km².[1]
Portula borders the following municipalities: Caprile, Coggiola, Pray, Trivero.
