The Portsmouth Cavaliers are a basketball team founded in 2010 and scheduled to begin. play in the American Professional Basketball League (APBLfor the 2013-14 season which will begin play in the 2011 season. Based in Portsmouth, Virginia, the Cavaliers play their home games at the Chick-fil-A Fieldhouse on the campus of Alliance Christian Academy .
In their inaugural season, the Cavaliers were members of the Eastern Basketball Alliance.
