The Portland Gallery is an art gallery in Westminster, London, located near Piccadilly Circus. It was established in 1984 by Thomas Hewlett, son of the Conservative Member of Parliament Thomas Henry Hewlett.

The gallery specializes in twentieth century and contemporary Scottish paintings, and focuses largely on the work of the four "Scottish Colourists": F. C. B. Cadell, J. D. Fergusson, Leslie Hunter, and Samuel Peploe. The gallery also represents a number of contemporary artists, including Jack Vettriano, who exhibit regularly at the gallery.
