William Porter Craig was the seventh head college football coach for the Ottawa University Braves located in Ottawa, Kansas and he held that position for two seasons, from 1913 until 1914.[1] His career coaching record at Ottawa was 5 wins, 6 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks him 22nd at Ottawa in total wins and 19th at Ottawa in winning percentage (0.385). [2] He was formerly a prominent track athlete with the Kansas City Athletic Club.[3]

In 1915, Craig accepted a position with the YMCA organization at Stockton, California.[4]
