Popice is a village and municipality (obec) in Břeclav District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.99 square kilometres (3.86 sq mi), and has a population of 936 (as at 28 August 2006).
Popice lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north-west of Břeclav, 31 km (19 mi) south of Brno, and 208 km (129 mi) south-east of Prague.
