Poison & Wine is the first studio extended play from independent group The Civil Wars. It was released on November 15, 2009. "Poison & Wine" and "Tip of My Tongue" were both originally released on their live album Live at Eddie's Attic.[1]

Singles
- "Poison & Wine" was released as the first single from the EP on November 4, 2009.[2] It was featured on the television shows Grey's Anatomy, 90210, One Tree Hill, The Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, The Client List, Army Wives and Beauty and the Beast (2012 TV series), as well as the soundtrack to the movie Something Borrowed.[3]
