The pointy-nosed blue chimaera or Ray Troll's chimaera[1] (Hydrolagus trolli) is a species of fish in the Chimaeridae family. It is found in New Caledonia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Its natural habitat is open seas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
