Poesoegroenoe or Pusugrunu or Psugrunu is a village in Boven Saramacca, Sipaliwini District, central Suriname.[1][2]It lies along the Saramacca River. It is served by a small airstrip, Poesoegroenoe Airstrip. The Pan American Health Organization noted that unlike many villages, Poesoegroenoe remained immune from malaria. [3]

Although there is currently no road connection to Poesoegroenoe, a feasibility study is currently performed on a road connecting the village via Atjoni with Pokigron, where there is a connection to the North South Link.[4]
