Podbřežice is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.96 square kilometres (4.62 sq mi), and has a population of 226 (as at 28 August 2006).
Podbřežice lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Vyškov, 24 km (15 mi) east of Brno, and 206 km (128 mi) south-east of Prague.
