Pocinovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 24.6 square kilometres (9.5 sq mi), and has a population of 534 (as at 28 August 2006).
Pocinovice lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Domažlice, 50 km (31 mi) south of Plzeň, and 126 km (78 mi) south-west of Prague.
