Pluhův Žďár is a village and municipality (obec) in Jindřichův Hradec District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 33.37 square kilometres (12.88 sq mi), and has a population of 613 (as at 10 July 2009).
Pluhův Žďár lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Jindřichův Hradec, 42 km (26 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 102 km (63 mi) south of Prague.
