Plesiocystiscus josephinae is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Marginellidae, sometimes placed in the family Cystiscidae. This species is sometimes known as Cystiscus josephinae.

Distribution
This species is endemic to São Tomé and Príncipe.
