Pirate Express is a Canadian/Australian animated television series. It will premiere on Teletoon in Fall 2014. The Series is produced/distributed by The Canadian Company Atomic Cartoons with the Australian Co-produced by Sticky Animation and Distributed also by Teletoon. It will have a Season 1 will have 52 episodes. The fun-filled pirate show for kids aged 7 to 11 is set for broadcast on Canada’s TELETOON in the fall of 2014 and Nine Network Australia in 2015.

Plot

Newt, the son of almighty Poseidon, is an adventurous, 12-year-old Atlantean boy. As captain of The Pirate Express, Newt leads a motley crew of unruly pirates on bizarre voyages, much to the chagrin of the original captain, Henri De LaPoutine, who must reluctantly accompany the team on missions despite his demotion. It’s a high stakes game for Newt and his crew, because should the pirates fail, they will be exiled to a ship in a bottle for all eternity.
