Pietramelara is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 50 km north of Naples and about 25 km northwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,594 and an area of 23.9 km².[1]
Pietramelara borders the following municipalities: Formicola, Pietravairano, Riardo, Roccaromana, Rocchetta e Croce.
