- Bartosz Piasecki (1984), Norwegian fencer
- Bolesław Piasecki (1915-1979), Polish politician
- Francis Piasecki (1951), French football midfielder
- Frank Piasecki (1919-2008), an American engineer and businessman, founder of two aviation businesses:
- Lech Piasecki (1961), the first (and so far only) Polish cyclist to wear the yellow jersey in the Tour de France
